MyWorkSearch selects REDTRAY to deliver e-learning content for new cutting-edge online service

London, UK – 13 July 2010: Online outplacement specialists MyWorkSearch has selected REDTRAY to deliver engaging and interactive e-learning content for the launch of its new online service. The new interactive content, e-learning and tools within MyWorkSearch provide jobseekers with the most up to date support and the re-designed layout allows for easy and intuitive navigation.

MyWorkSearch offers employers a cost-effective way to support all ex-employees through the difficult process of finding a new role. Users gain access to a powerful and comprehensive suite of tools, information and advice all designed to help them get a job. As it is delivered online, users can tailor the service to their needs, accessing what they want, when they want it.

In the past, MyWorkSearch had created its own learning content but soon found that it needed a higher quality product to engage its users.
MyWorkSearch started working with REDTRAY in early 2010 and the first e-learning courses are now part of the launch of the latest online service.

REDTRAY has created over seven hours of e-learning content that is delivered as bite-sized modules as appropriate to each individual’s journey through MyWorkSearch. A unique aspect of the service is that the e-learning is available online rather than via a Learning Management System and the modules plug-in at various points to communicate key information to users quickly and effectively.

Richard Alberg, Founder and CEO of MyWorkSearch, says, “REDTRAY really impressed us – they have a strong track record and really understood what we wanted to achieve. REDTRAY”s original proposal went way beyond our original plan and budget but we had such confidence in their approach that we felt the extra investment would be beneficial and we’re delighted with the results”.

“With REDTRAY as our partner, we are just at the start of our journey,” adds Richard. “We are continually developing our services and the new e-learning content is a major advance for our business. REDTRAY has helped us to crystallise our communications issues, enabled us to offer content that looks great and last but not least, we have improved the quality of the user’s experience.”

Already used by a community of 17,000 users, the MyWorkSearch gives users guidance on three fundamental steps to securing work - finding a job, having the best job application and giving the best interview. The online technologies can be tailored to individual requirements and assist in the managing and tracking of large numbers of applications needed to secure employment.
