E-Learning Roundtable breaks down L&D Misconceptions

London, UK – 1 February 2010: Viv Cole of REDTRAY Ltd chaired the Professional Services e–learning roundtable on 21 January 2010, hosted by Moore Stephens. Learning & Development (L&D) managers from the UK’s top law and accountancy firms attended to compare notes and discuss emerging trends.

A need was highlighted by the L&D Managers from various Law and Accountancy firms to break the misconception that learning has to be part of a formalised training course. Viv Cole advocates that a broad range of learning solutions should be applied to achieve optimal business transformation.
