REDTRAY acquires First Stop Training

London, UK – 30 September 2009: REDTRAY, one of Europe’s leading Training Outsourcing providers, has purchased the business of First Stop Training Ltd. The deal adds authorised Microsoft training provision to REDTRAY’s expanding portfolio whilst enhancing First Stop Training’s range of services that it delivers to clients. Terms of the deal are not disclosed.

First Stop Training (FST) has achieved considerable success with its Microsoft training and is a Microsoft Office Specialist Authorised Testing Centre. Amongst it services, FST delivers Microsoft accreditation courses to many of the UK’s Blue Chip organisations and to individual career changers.

“The relationship is a strategic one that we’ve been discussing for some time and it’s a great fit for both organisations,” explains Bob Woodland, CEO of REDTRAY.

Bob continues, “FST clients now gain access to the full breadth of REDTRAY’s blended learning solutions and most specifically, to the dynamic and user-friendly ALTO learning management system (LMS). By drawing on REDTRAY’s considerable bespoke design and technology expertise, our clients will be able to utilise the LMS to ensure they achieve the maximum return on their learning and technology investments.”

Debbie Williams, Sales Manager of FST, comments, “We are pleased to be part of the REDTRAY family. Being a financially strong organisation with a consistent track record bodes well for First Stop clients as they will be able to leverage the strengths of REDTRAY’s relationships and broader solution sets.”
