- Ensure that the courses are “bandwidth friendly” and do not grind to a halt whenever an image loads
- Make sure that the look and the feel of the course is fully customised to your organisational branding
- Set completion dates and provide a regular friendly reminder to complete the course
- Finally, make sure you don't pay too much!
