Step two:

Once your registration is activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your joining instructions and can log into the portal to start your learning journey.

Step three:

Learners can search the training catalogue to find specific courses or browse to see which training sessions they might like to attend. All REDTRAY CloudRooms sessions are focused on particular topics such as Pivot Tables or Mail Merges. So it's easy for learners to find the right sessions to suit their training needs.

Step four:

Once learners find the session they'd like to attend they can simply choose the time and date that suits them from the schedule provided.

Step five:

Learners simply click on register and they will be sent the joining instructions direct to their email inbox and the session time saved into their calendar. There are no forms to fill in or details to provide, simply click 'register' and it's done.

Step six:

The day before their session, learners will receive a reminder email with log-in details for their training. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions provided. If a learner hasn't attended a session before, they can complete an induction session before hand to make sure they are familiar with the virtual classroom environment and feel comfortable with the technology.

Step seven:

All sessions provide access to live labs so that learners can get hands on with the technology and try out their new skills for themselves. Our expert instructors can help the learners through their practical exercises and ensure they are applying their knowledge correctly.

Step eight:
