ALTO integration

Redtray’s ALTO Team have gained substantial experience over many years of integrating our learning management system (LMS) with our clients’ existing systems. For example, the majority of our clients’ learners now access ALTO directly from their own Intranet as it has been successfully integrated and synchronised with their Active Directory; removing the need for both a log in page and for learners to remember a username and password. This seamless learner journey significantly reduces the amount of support required.

ALTO may also be integrated with many other systems, whether you have an HR database or CRM system we are able to exchange the required data between systems. For example some of our clients require user training records to be sent to their HR system for centralised reporting. Through building appropriate web services Redtray are able to transfer user details, access information or training records either from or to ALTO. We will work closely with your IT Team to identify and build the solution that meets your exact requirements.

LMS consultancy services

Although we believe ALTO is the most flexible and robust learning management system around, at Redtray we’re not all about deploying our own learning management system! We have worked alongside our clients on many occasions to help them implement an LMS they have already bought from another supplier; often clients do not have the necessary resources or skills to undertake the procurement and implementation of an LMS. We have unequalled specialist knowledge around all areas of deployment; from technical hosting specifications and data migration to systems integration and business requirement analysis. We recognise that your requirement doesn’t stop at the functionality of a system, but also how it integrates with your existing data, business processes and organisational culture.
