This website has been developed to the W3C AA standard.
Keyboard shortcuts
The following keyboard shortcuts can be used anywhere on this site. In Internet Explorer, press the keys below followed by return key (enter key). In Mozilla Firefox browser simply press SHIFT Key followed by the keys and in Netscape browser simply press the keys:
- Alt + 0 = Return to Homepage
- Alt + 1 = Go to About us page
- Alt + 2 = Go to REDspace page
- Alt + 3 = Go to Clients page
- Alt + 4 = Go to News page
- Alt + 5 = Go to Downloads page
- Alt + 6 = Go to Careers page
- Alt + 7 = Go to Contact page
- Alt + E = Go to e-Learning page
- Alt + T = Go to IT Training Projects page
- Alt + L = Go to Learning Technologies page
- Alt + M = Go to Managed Training Services page
- Alt + P = Go to Project Management page
- Alt + I = Go to IT Courses
- Alt + V = Go to Voice & Data

Other measures can also be taken to improve the accessibility of this site and these are given below:
For Internet Explorer
- On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'
- On the 'General' tab, click on 'Accessibility'
- Click the three boxes to show ticks
- Click 'OK'
Using a sans serif font (such as Arial), rather than a serif font (such as Times New Roman) can make text easier to read:
- On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'
- On the 'General' tab, click on 'Fonts'
- In the 'Web page font' and 'Plain text font' lists, choose the fonts you would like to use
- Click 'OK'
To englarge the text:
- On the 'Page' menu click 'Text Size'
- Choose the size of text
Changing the font and background colours can help improve the clarity of the page. To change the font and background colours:
- On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'
- On the 'General' tab, click 'Colours'
- Deselect the 'Use Windows Colours' tick box
- Select the box next to 'Text' and choose a colour
- Click Background, and select the colour you want to use
- Click 'OK'
To remove images on the website:
- Under 'Tools', click 'Internet Options'
- On the 'Advanced' tab, scroll down to the 'Multimedia' heading
- Click on the 'Show pictures' option to remove the tick
- Click on 'Apply', and then click on 'OK'
For Firefox

- On the 'Tools' menu, click Options
- Click 'Content' icon in the horizontal list on the top.
- In the 'Fonts & Colors' section, click 'Advanced...'
- Uncheck the 'Allow pages to choose their own fonts...'
- Now, you can select the font sizes from 'Size' drop-down menus
- Click 'OK'

To remove images from the website
- On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Options'
- Click 'Content' icon in the horizontal list on the top.
- Uncheck the 'Load images automatically' option.
- Click 'OK'
